The German 1:1-3D-Modellierungstraining page is authoritative for these terms.
1. Software and licensing
The student is solely responsible for obtaining, installing, activating, and maintaining any software required for the training.
We do not provide software licences, subscriptions, activation keys, or technical support related to software licensing and assume no responsibility for the student's software licensing, activation, or compliance with third-party software terms.

3. Cancellation and refund
After a binding booking, payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable mandatory law.
The student is responsible for attending the booked session at the selected date and time.
Failure to attend a scheduled session, arriving late, or being unable to participate because of the student's equipment, internet connection, software installation, or other technical issues does not automatically entitle the student to a refund or replacement session.

By booking a session, the student acknowledges and agrees to this no-recording policy.
This restriction does not prevent the student from taking reasonable personal notes for their own learning, provided that such notes are not redistributed or commercially exploited.
