Websites & Digital Presence
For owner-managed professionals and small firms who need a credible, consistent public face; not a generic template, but a coherent system across web, documents, and print.
We deliver a fast, maintainable website. A full corporate design kit (colours, typography, logos, templates, and print-ready stationery) is available in Sorglos / Individual. Existing content is preserved and improved; trust issues (outdated UX, inconsistent messaging, privacy gaps) are resolved systematically.

1. Scope and deliverables
These terms apply to website packages offered by Pillar 5 GmbH (Basic and Sorglos / Individual) on this page. The contracting party is Pillar 5 GmbH, Basel-Stadt.
Basic is a multi-page, launch-ready site. Brand assets (logo, colours, typography, print, and stationery) are not included in Basic; they belong to Sorglos / Individual. Sorglos / Individual is scoped in writing after we map what you need; work starts only on a written quote.
Languages, page count, brand assets, and extras beyond the package description are only included if stated on this page or agreed in writing.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Pillar 5 GmbH is not subject to VAT. Basic is paid up front via Stripe; binding work starts after receipt of payment. Sorglos / Individual starts only on a written quote.
The stated Basic price is inclusive of year-one hosting as described below. It does not include domain registration, printing, photography, copywriting beyond agreed source material, or post-launch content updates unless agreed in writing.
3. Hosting
Hosting covers deployment and operation of the static site we delivered on Cloudflare Pages or an equivalent platform, including HTTPS and routine platform maintenance. Hosting does not include domain registration or renewal, content updates, new features, redesigns, or a mailbox, unless agreed in writing.
Year-one hosting is included in the Basic package price (CHF 199 of the stated package price) and is not separately refundable.
Hosting then renews for successive 12-month periods at CHF 199, charged automatically via Stripe in advance. The first separate CHF 199 is taken 12 months after payment, then yearly, unless cancelled in text form at least 30 days before the renewal date. After a cancellation we cancel the Stripe subscription.
A mailbox can be arranged with Basic or Sorglos / Individual.
Work of up to 5 minutes is goodwill. Everything above 5 minutes is charged and proceeds only on a written quote.
4. Domain
Domain registration and renewal, if we arrange them, are billed at cost. The domain remains in the client's name and control unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Intellectual property
For Basic and Sorglos / Individual, intellectual property in the delivered website and brand files created by us for the mandate passes to the client on full payment. Third-party fonts, stock, libraries, and platform licences remain subject to their own terms. Pillar 5 logos and emblems stay our property.
6. Fair use
Basic and Sorglos / Individual assume a reasonable brief and one round of consolidated feedback unless the written scope says otherwise. Material new requirements are a change of scope and may be quoted separately.
7. Client responsibilities
The client supplies content they are entitled to use, reviews proofs in good time, and keeps their own backups of handed-over files. After handover, the client is responsible for the lawfulness of published content, including data protection notices on the live site.
8. Third-party providers
Cloudflare, domain registries, printers, and other third-party services are independent providers. We are not responsible for their outages, price changes, or terms, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the website packages. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
10. Term, cancellation, and termination
For Basic and Sorglos / Individual, the build mandate ends on handover unless a separate mandate is agreed. Hosting continues as described in section 3.
On termination, hosting ends at the expiry of the prepaid term. Site files and a documented handover or transfer help remain available as agreed so the client can move hosting or retain a copy. Domain transfer arrangements remain available as agreed.
11. Price changes
Price changes for hosting are announced in advance in text form.
12. Acceptance
By paying via Stripe or by requesting a package and confirming these terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted them.
13. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to any mandatory legal provisions. Insofar as permitted, and subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules, the place of jurisdiction is Basel-Stadt.
