What is included
- BIM coordination & modelling: Revit, Autodesk Inventor, and Archicad; BIM coordinator, draftsmen, and 3D modeller support for architectural projects (scope agreed per mandate)
- Facade design: Concept development and design support for building envelopes and external appearance
- Facade production plans: Production-plan support for facade execution and coordination with project stakeholders
- Pitch decks: PowerPoint presentations for investors, clients, or planning submissions; layout, graphics, and narrative design support
- Websites: Site creation on Wix or WordPress where a CMS workflow is preferred; setup, theme configuration, and content integration
- Social media video: Video editing for social channels in Adobe Premiere Pro; cuts, pacing, and export formats as agreed
